• The NMIP Bill was passed by National Assembly on 13-01-2022 and was forwarded to the Senate for its introduction.
• The same was introduced in the Senate on 24-01-2022 and referred to the Standing Committee on Science & Technology for their consideration and report.
• The meeting of the Senate Standing Committee on Science and Technology was held on 26-01-2022.
• The NMIP Bill was passed by the Senate with certain amendments on 28-01-2022 and was referred back to the National Assembly for their consideration & endorsement.
