“28th May stands as a defining moment in our national history — a day when Pakistan demonstrated unshakable resolve in the face of external pressure and ensured the protection of its sovereignty by becoming a nuclear power. Yom-e-Takbeer is a symbol of unity, strength, and scientific excellence.

On this proud occasion, we honour the dedication and brilliance of our scientists, engineers, and national leaders whose efforts made this achievement possible. As Minister for Science and Technology, I emphasize our ongoing mission to promote innovation and harness scientific advancements not only for defence but for peaceful development and technological progress.
